Found this on the trains in Stockholm... Is it's use is to counter the bitterness?

1) Mind the gap
1) Pole dancing allowed
3) No Smoking

Haha, yes I'm a blonde tourist in Stockholm. We don't have those signs in Göteborg, how shold I know?
